Returns & Exchanges

At Netflix Shop, we want you to love your fan gear; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it for later.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
